A Texas Ebony tree, with fine compound foliage on a dark irregular trunk. The small leaflets and open branch structure give it a light, airy canopy, quite different from the dense mass of a ficus or a rubber plant.
That openness makes it useful where a tree is wanted but the space cannot lose the light behind it. It suits contemporary interiors, restaurants and lobbies. Nothing to water or feed, and the fine foliage does not shed. Heights and canopy spread can be built to your space.
