Cart reminders

If you add pieces to your cart and we have your e-mail address (because you typed it at checkout or are signed in), but the order is not completed, we may send you one e-mail a few hours later with a link back to your cart. We send at most one such reminder every 14 days and use this information for nothing else. Saved carts are deleted automatically 30 days after they were last changed. Every reminder carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to info@neonjunglestudios.com.

Review requests

About ten days after an order is marked as shipped, we may send you one e-mail asking how the pieces look and inviting you to leave a review on our site or on Google. We send at most one such request per order and never more than one every 30 days, and use your e-mail address for nothing else in this respect. Every request carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to info@neonjunglestudios.com.

Ask the atelier (AI chat)

Our site offers a chat assistant called “Ask the atelier”. The messages you type, and any photo you choose to send through it, are transmitted to Anthropic (the company behind the Claude AI models) so that a reply can be generated, together with information about our catalogue. We do not store your messages or photos on our servers; a photo is discarded as soon as the reply has been produced. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to use your messages to train its models, and may keep it for a limited time for abuse monitoring. To prevent misuse we keep short-lived counters of chat use per connection, and nothing else. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. The assistant’s answers are for guidance; prices, stock and shipping are confirmed at checkout.

Back-in-stock alerts

When a piece is sold out, you can leave your e-mail address on its page to be told when it is available again. We keep your address, the piece, the language of the page and the date, and use them only for that alert. When the piece is back in stock, we send you one e-mail and then delete your request. Requests that are still waiting after 180 days are deleted automatically. You do not need an account. Every alert carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to info@neonjunglestudios.com to have your requests deleted.

Newsletter and welcome code

If you enter your e-mail address in our newsletter box or pop-up to receive a welcome code, we store your address, the date and the language of your sign-up in our subscriber list and use it to send you occasional news about new pieces and offers. We do not sell or share this list. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our e-mails or by writing to info@neonjunglestudios.com.

WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp (+961 81 064 568), your phone number, name and messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use them to answer you and to prepare your quote or order, and we keep the conversation for as long as needed for your order and our records.

If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person’s consent to provide the personal information to us.

Your rights in the EU and the UK

If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you have given at any time. Write to info@neonjunglestudios.com and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the data-protection authority of your country. The controller is Neon Jungle Studios co Ltd, Jdeideh, Lebanon.

Storage and security

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures, to safeguard and secure personal information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

While we are committed to security, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is transmitted to or by us over the Internet. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our site uses three kinds of cookies and similar storage:

  • Essential: needed for the shop to work: your cart and checkout session (WooCommerce), your language choice (Polylang), the sign-in session, your wishlist, and the cookie that remembers your consent choice. These cannot be switched off.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*) tells us how the site is used (pages viewed, pieces added to the cart, orders) in aggregated form. IP addresses are shortened by Google.
  • Marketing: the Meta pixel (cookies _fbp, _fbc) and Google Ads conversion tracking (_gcl_*) measure whether our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google leads to visits and orders, and allow those platforms to show you our advertisements. Shop events (page viewed, product viewed, added to cart, checkout started, order placed) are sent to Meta from your browser and are also relayed through our server to Meta’s Conversions API, together with technical identifiers (your IP address, browser type and the pixel cookie). Meta and Google process this data under their own privacy policies (see www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/).

If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, statistics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner; until then only essential cookies are used, and we also signal your choice to Google through Google Consent Mode. Elsewhere these cookies are set when you use the site and you can refuse them at any time. You can change your choice whenever you like through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser (blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the shop from working).

Your browser also keeps a few local settings on your device that are never sent to us or to anyone else: the pieces you viewed recently (for the “Recently viewed” row) and whether you have already seen the app suggestion or the welcome pop-up.
