Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Lebanon via DHL Express. Delivery within Lebanon is handled by our own delivery team.

Made to order & production time

Most of our pieces are custom made to order. Please allow 20–25 working days for production before your order ships. Bespoke color combinations or custom commissions may require additional time — we will confirm timing with you directly.

Shipping time & tracking

Once your order is dispatched, international delivery via DHL Express typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Prices & currency

All prices and payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). Any local-currency amounts shown on the site are approximate and for reference only.

Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and vary by destination. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Fragile items & packaging

Our sculptures and decor pieces are fragile artworks. Every order is carefully packaged to protect it during international transit.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@neonjunglestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the item, so we can open a claim and arrange a resolution. For lost shipments, we will work with DHL to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement.

Delivery within Lebanon

For deliveries inside Lebanon, shipping is calculated by area and order size at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available for Lebanon orders only.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
