A custom sign takes 15–25 working days, and we confirm the drawing with you before production starts.
What a neon sign costs, shipped to Kuwait
The prices below are the live shop prices in US dollars. Add the DHL Express rate for your address, which the checkout shows before you pay, and the import charges Kuwait collects on arrival (see the questions below). A two-line shop-name sign about 100 cm wide costs $165 before shipping; the smallest piece, a neon plexi stand, costs $75.

Shipping to Kuwait
- Carrier: DHL Express, door to door, with a tracking number sent to you the day the sign leaves.
- Transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch to Kuwait City, Salmiya, Hawally, Al Ahmadi and Jahra.
- Dispatch: stock pieces within 3 business days of your order; custom signs 15–25 working days, confirmed when you order.
- Price of shipping: the checkout shows the live DHL Express rate for your address as soon as you choose Kuwait. A second option, economy shipping by courier or sea freight with a quote within 24–48 hours, is there for larger pieces; nothing is charged for it on the day.
- Import duty and VAT: not included in our prices. DHL collects what Kuwait charges before delivery; the amount depends on the destination’s rules, not on us.
- Payment: Visa and MasterCard, in US dollars, with 3-D Secure.
- Packing: the acrylic backing is wrapped and the sign is boxed in a rigid carton; the box size is in the “Shipping box” row of every product sheet.

The people who draw it make it. Send a logo, your handwriting or a sketch. We redraw it for bending, tell you what works at what size, and confirm the layout with you before production. Thin strokes and very tight curves are the limits, and we say so before you commit.

How long does shipping to Kuwait take?
DHL Express delivers to Kuwait City, Salmiya, Hawally, Al Ahmadi and Jahra in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Stock pieces leave within 3 business days of the order; a custom sign leaves after 15–25 working days of production, confirmed when you order. DHL sends you the tracking number.
Do I pay customs duty or VAT in Kuwait?
Our prices do not include import duty or VAT. DHL Express collects whatever Kuwait charges on the sign before it delivers, and the checkout tells you this before you pay. We do not know the exact amount in advance; it follows the destination’s rules.
Will the sign work with Kuwaiti sockets and voltage?
The sign runs on a low-voltage LED driver that plugs into a normal 220–240 V socket, the same mains voltage as in Lebanon. Kuwait uses type G plugs; write the plug type you need in the order notes and we confirm the adapter with you before dispatch.
Can you make my logo or my handwriting into a sign?
Yes. Send a vector file, a clear photo or a sketch on WhatsApp. We redraw it for bending, confirm the size and layout with you, and only then start production. Custom signs take 15–25 working days before shipping.
What if the sign arrives damaged, and can I return it?
Check the parcel on delivery. If the sign is damaged or defective, write to us within 48 hours with photos of the box and the sign; we open a claim with DHL and repair, replace or refund the piece, and we cover the return shipping for a valid claim. Outside the EU, the UK and Switzerland, including Kuwait, that is the only return we accept: a custom sign cannot be returned for a change of mind, so check texts, sizes and colours before ordering.
