Custom & made-to-order items
Because each Neon Jungle Studios piece is custom made to order — often in colors and specifications you choose — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order details, colors, and dimensions carefully before purchasing, and reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram if you have any questions before ordering.
Damaged or defective items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@neonjunglestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and the item. Depending on the case, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials and labor have already been committed to your custom piece.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved (for example, for a damaged item that cannot be replaced), it will be issued to your original payment method in US Dollars (USD) within 7–14 business days of approval. Original shipping charges and any customs fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of damage or defect: custom and personalized pieces, made-to-order sculptures, and any item altered to your specifications.
