A Ficus Lyrata at 130 cm, a compact fiddle-leaf fig for rooms that cannot take a full-height tree. The large violin-shaped leaves are unchanged; the frame is simply shorter.
At this size it sits on the floor beside a chair, at the foot of a bed or on a low plinth in a shop window. It is a good choice for anyone who has already tried and lost a real fiddle-leaf, which is most people who have owned one. Wipe the leaves occasionally and the sheen returns.
