Domestic & Worldwide Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of the order’s placement. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery persons are not responsible for bringing the item into occupancies nor organising the mirror’s set up.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer DHL express shipping worldwide. Shipping can be expected to take 1 week and will be delivered by DHL. Delivery delays can occur, we will contact you if there are unexpected delays. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Neon Jungle Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
